Governing Board
In a significant move towards establishing International Financial Centres (IFCs), President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu appointed the inaugural Governing Board of the Maldives International Financial Services Authority (MIFSA) on April 30, 2024.
This Board is entrusted with the crucial task of crafting the legal framework necessary for IFCs and overseeing the establishment of both onshore and offshore development banks.
